The components inside a computer generate heat. The heat generated in a PrimeMini is dissipated via the housing. It is completely normal for your device to feel hot to the touch.
No. It is not necessary to clean the inside of the device as it does not contain any moving parts or an active cooler.
Yes, you can wipe down your PrimeMini with a slightly damp cloth. Recommendation: spray a small amount of glass cleaner onto a paper towel and wipe down the device. Please take care when cleaning the front and back of the device (connections).
Our devices are not equipped with an internal CD/DVD drive for space reasons. You can connect a commercially available external CD/DVD drive to install programs from a CD/DVD onto your PrimeMini.
You can connect up to 4 monitors to your device depending on the wiring and adapter use. The PrimeMini 4 has 2 HDMI 2.0 connectors, which allow one screen each with 4K resolution at 60Hz. Additional screens run with a full HD resolution at maximum.
You can order the right adapter for all common monitor connections from our shop.
A VESA bracket is available and can be ordered during the ordering process. The bracket can be used to attach the PrimeMini to a wall or monitor.
